Eujin Won trained in 3-minute portrait drawings using ink and water to create a smudging effect that leads to unpredictable results. She places a strong emphasis on eye contact in her portraits. Through eye contact, she convey emotion and create a connection with the viewer. She wish this hopefully offers the chance for an extended moment of very human communication–eye contact–and the space to reflect on some of forgotten sensations.
